Call for Papers / Announcement No.1
China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC) is an open platform for academic exchanges that aim at enhancing academic innovation to promote cooperation and exchanges in the field of satellite navigation, strengthening technological innovation to accelerate engineering construction of satellite navigation systems, intensifying theoretical innovation to facilitate theory progress of satellite navigation and reinforcing application innovation to boost scientific development of the satellite navigation industry.
The 3rd China Satellite Navigation Conference will be held in May 2012, in Guangzhou, China and it will incorporate a wide range of activities, such as academic exchange, high-end forum, exhibition as well as science popularization. Look forward to your engagement in this great event and contribution is welcome.

Ⅳ. Paper Collection
1. Only those papers that have not ever been published before can be accepted. The paper can be in either Chinese or English. For those to be included in SCI or EI, however, English is preferred. Paper in Chinese should also include English title, abstract, keywords as well as references.
2. Not any confidential contents should be involved in both the abstract and the full paper and non-confidential confirming documentations issued by relevant units or organizations should be presented at the time of submission. The author takes sole responsibility for the authenticity and objectivity of the views expressed in the paper.
3. Except specially declared, all submitted manuscripts are regarded as having been authorized to be published by CSNC2012.
4. Template for the manuscripts can be downloaded from CSNC website at http://www.beidou.org. Please submit the abstract and full paper through the online submission system on the same website and no mail submission is accepted.
5. Abstract Submission Due Date: Oct 30, 2011. Full Paper Submission Due Date: Dec 26, 2011.
Ⅴ. Paper Selection and Publication
1. All accepted papers will be included in CD (or USB Disk). Excellent papers will be published in conference proceedings and indexed by EI or ISTP. Some outstanding papers will be recommended to SCI periodicals.
2. Papers to get ‘Outstanding Youth Paper’ award, please annotated as ‘To Participate in Selection for Outstanding Youth Paper’ (first author should be under 35 years old). Award winners will be granted with funds for innovative researches.
